Hi! My name is Tierra Jackson. I specialize in health administration (MHA) and I am extremely passionate about changing the way health care is delivered for the better. I earned my Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University after completing my undergraduate degrees at the University of South Carolina. I’ve had the opportunity to work across primary care, outpatient settings, and hospital systems in South Carolina. Before joining Amae, I spent time working in clinical practice management and business operations management within a large South Carolina hospital network. Earlier on, I was also involved in public health research at the University of South Carolina, where I developed an interest in population health and improving care at a systems level. I’m passionate about improving the healthcare experience from behind the scenes. I enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and supporting teams in ways that make care more effective and help people live healthier, fuller lives. Being part of efforts to improve how healthcare is delivered is something that truly motivates me. In my free time, I love to travel, read, engage with my sorority, and spend time with my dog, Nova. I’m always looking forward to my next adventure - Madrid is currently at the top of my list!
