Hi! I'm Sophia, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master of Arts from Pepperdine University in Malibu, and have gained experience working with teens, young adults, adults, and couples in various clinical and school settings. I specialize in EMDR, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. I believe that each person carries an entire universe within them. One of the things I love most about being a therapist is understanding people's stories, dedicating my attention to them, and sharing my support as they explore the depths of their very being. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the therapy space, and I care deeply about the people I work with. My mission is to guide you in breaking unhealthy cycles, knowing your power, & reconnecting with your truest form. I'm engaged, thoughtful, & I'm willing to ask you meaningful questions that support real growth & alignment with your authentic self. I am rooting for you.
