Hi, I’m Shemaiah Bryant! I am a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and also hold a degree in Healthcare Management with a minor in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University. I’m especially interested in mental health and integrated care, and I enjoy supporting individuals as they navigate complex health needs. My experience spans clinical support and healthcare operations, including working in hospital settings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive coordinated and thoughtful care. I strive to create a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. I value strong communication and trust as the foundation of quality care, and I’m passionate about helping others identify their needs, access resources, and feel confident throughout their care journey. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering in my community, spending time with loved ones, and finding simple ways to recharge and stay grounded.
