Hi, I’m Shelby Anderson, the Practice Operations Manager. I focus on creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every member, from the moment you walk through our doors to the care you receive throughout your journey with us. My expertise lies in building high-performing teams and creating thoughtful, efficient systems that support both our care team and the members we serve. I believe in servant leadership and am motivated by helping people reach their full potential, while also delivering a care experience where members feel heard, valued, and confident in their care. I’m especially inspired by innovative care models and the intersection of operations and patient-centered design. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, reading, and exploring all that Southern California has to offer.
