Chief Technology Officer
Rajiv Bhan is Chief Technology Officer at Amae Health, where he leads technology and product. Growing up, he saw how hard it was for people in his own life to find care that truly met their needs, and he has spent his career building technology that helps people get better care sooner. He believes the right tools can give clinicians more insight and time with patients, and that technology should earn its place by improving outcomes. Rajiv has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of data, technology, and health. He began in bioinformatics and research, then led data science and engineering at Fitbit and built behavior change analytics products at CVS Health. Most recently, he served as VP of Software Engineering and AI at Tonal and as Chief Technology Officer at Cairns Health, where he helped build a conversational AI care companion for seniors with chronic conditions. At Amae, he brings that experience to using technology to augment clinicians and improve outcomes for people living with serious mental illness.
