Hi, I'm Nick DeMattio, a behavioral health professional with a passion for helping others through operational strategy and optimizing quality of care. I earned my degree from the University of Connecticut before starting my career working with individuals with developmental disabilities at Saint Catherine Center for Special Needs in Fairfield, CT. Over the years, I've had the privilege of managing residential treatment centers focused on providing care to adolescents with eating disorders, first with Center for Discovery and then with Monte Nido & Affiliates. Each experience has deepend my commitment to helping others, which ultimately led me to Amae. As the Practice Operations Manager, I’m dedicated to supporting both our members and clinic staff in their journey toward sustainable, long-term change.
