Hi, I’m Margarita Mendoza, NBC-HWC. I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a B.A. in Business Management Economics from UC Santa Cruz and a certification in Positive Psychology Health and Well-Being Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching, which informs my evidence-based approach to behavior change. My work focuses on holistic wellness and sustainable lifestyle shifts, helping individuals leverage their strengths, values, and interests to achieve meaningful goals. With a professional background spanning recruiting, event planning, and program management, I bring a big-picture perspective to coaching and have supported clients in redesigning their daily habits and environments for long-term success. I am especially motivated by the “aha moments” when members realize change is possible and begin to genuinely enjoy their lives more. I am an active member of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching and, in my personal life, prioritize travel, exploring new places, enjoying great food and live music, and participating in workout classes that foster both challenge and community.
