Hi! My name is Li, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a background in crisis work and school-based mental health services, with experience supporting clients who have experienced significant trauma and complex mental health challenges. My approach to care is solution-oriented, trauma-focused, and client-centered. I am deeply committed to helping my clients build a life that reflects their own values, meaning, and purpose. Outside of work, I enjoy collecting carnivorous plants (I probably have too many, but who's really counting?) and embroidering. You'll often find me exploring plant expos and fairs, where I'm always looking to expand my collection and learn more about caring for these fascinating plants.
