Kaye Anderson

Regional Clinic Director

Hi, I’m Kaye Anderson, LCSW, a clinical social worker and behavioral health leader with 30 years of experience across health care, mental health, and community-based settings. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a clinician, supervisor, clinical director, and manager, with a focus on developing strong clinical teams and improving the systems that support patient care. Most recently, I spent five years as a Behavioral Health Manager at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, where I oversaw Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and the Pre- and Post-Master’s Training Program. I’m passionate about developing clinicians and leaders, creating healthy and sustainable work environments, and supporting the people who deliver high-quality care. I’m currently completing my Doctor of Social Work at the University of Southern California, with a focus on closing the health care gap and improving retention in the mental health workforce. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, exploring San Francisco, cooking, and, once I finish my capstone, hopefully finding more time to read.
