Clinical Care Coordinator
Hi, I’m Juliana! I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Psychology from Boston College. During my time there, I worked in an after-school program supporting children with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs. I helped create a supportive environment and facilitated therapeutic activities focused on coping, communication, and social-emotional skills. After graduation, I worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at a mental health center offering PHP and IOP programs for adolescents and adults with severe mental illness. In this role, I worked closely with clinical teams to coordinate care and support individuals and their families throughout treatment. These experiences have deepened my interest in behavioral health and fostered my appreciation for holistic, person-centered care. I’m passionate about supporting individuals throughout their mental health journeys and being part of a collaborative process that encourages curiosity, self-reflection, and growth. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, exploring the city, and spending time with loved ones!
