Hi, I’m Jack Hills, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based care for adults navigating complex mental health and behavioral health challenges. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, and completed my postdoctoral training at Aurora Behavioral Healthcare in San Diego, where I provided intensive, short-term psychotherapy for active-duty military patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting. My background includes predoctoral training across residential, outpatient, and community mental health programs, with experience treating individuals facing substance use disorders, trauma, severe mental illness, and a wide range of psychosocial stressors. I have led psychoeducational and process groups focused on DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and mindfulness, and my clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities with a culturally responsive, trauma-informed perspective. I am passionate about delivering collaborative, person-centered care, supporting individuals in building insight, resilience, and meaningful pathways toward change.
