I’m Farrah Tise-Camilo, a Community Health Worker and Clinical Care Coordinator at Amae Health. I support individuals living with serious mental illness through care coordination, benefits navigation, and recovery-focused group facilitation. My work is grounded in person-centered care and harm reduction, with a focus on helping members build stability and move toward meaningful goals. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and am currently completing my Bachelor of Social Work at Capella University as I continue advancing my clinical training.
