Hi! I’m Andrew, a licensed mental health therapist based in New York. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Vermont, and I’ve worked in a variety of settings — from crisis stabilization and domestic violence services to outpatient counseling with college students. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal or family challenges. My approach is relational and skills-based. I believe the foundation of any therapeutic work is a strong, supportive relationship — and my goal is always to create a safe, judgment-free space where people feel heard and supported. I know that asking for help isn’t easy. My aim is to make it feel accessible and empowering, providing people with the skills they need to feel confident in themselves and their future. Outside of work, you can usually find me playing bass guitar, listening to live music, biking, or spending time outdoors with my community.
