IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)
The Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, evidence-based care for individuals needing significant clinical support while maintaining daily functioning. Meeting three to five days weekly, with daily sessions lasting two to four hours, IOP combines group therapy, psychiatric monitoring, and skill-building sessions focused on symptom management, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
