Hello, I'm Dr. Moczulski, a psychiatrist and medical director with four decades of expertise in clinical and forensic psychiatry. I specialize in managing complex diagnostic needs and treatment-resistant cases using sophisticated psychopharmacologic regimens. Throughout my career, including my time as a UCSF Forensic Fellow and Medical Director at the Garfield Neurobehavioral Center, I have focused on the intersection of medicine and the law.
