"Hi, I’m Linden, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through collaborative, culturally responsive care. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California, graduating with honors, and bring over 1,200 hours of clinical experience within community mental health settings. My work spans adolescents, teenagers, young adults, older adults, couples, families, LGBTQIA+ communities, and culturally diverse populations. At La Concordia Psychotherapy & Wellness Clinic, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy; complete treatment planning and documentation; facilitate group therapy; and integrate evidence-based modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, cultural relational therapy, narrative approaches, and family systems work. I have training in suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, and am currently completing certification in TF-CBT. Before entering the mental health field, I developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills in roles across business development, client relations, and strategic outreach, which now support my therapeutic work. I am committed to ongoing professional development, high-quality clinical documentation, and delivering thoughtful, affirming care to diverse communities."
