Hi, I'm Jordan Jacobsen, Practice Operations Manager at Amae Health. I completed my Bachelors of Science in Business Management at Utah Valley University before completing my Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. I have built my career in healthcare administration, focusing on operational excellence and patient-centered care. My healthcare experience started as a Unit Secretary for the Emergency Department at Mountain View Hospital before transitioning to various Executive Assistant roles, first to the Director of Quality at Lone Peak Hospital then to the CEO of Revere Health. Upon completing my MBA, I accepted a role as the Division Administrator for Pediatric Endocrinology and UNC Children's Hospital before working as a Practice Administrator in private practice. With experience managing medical practices in diverse specialties, both in hospital and multispecialty outpatient settings, I have developed a deep understanding of optimizing workflows, improving patient access, and fostering a positive workplace culture. My passion lies in creating efficient, compassionate healthcare environments where both patients and providers thrive. I believe that strong leadership and strategic planning are key to delivering high-quality care, and I strive to bring that vision to life every day. Additionally, I was a Corporate Sponsorship Intern for the Real Salt Lake professional soccer team, served on the board for Worldmind Education, and served as the Executive Director for Bridges Pointe Inc. Sickle Cell Agency in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, I enjoy running, exploring outdoors, and coaching youth basketball, football, and lacrosse. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, who help me stay balanced and engaged with the world around me.
