I’m Janet López, LMFT, MBA, and I am the Clinic Director at Amae Health, overseeing operations across our Los Altos and San Mateo clinics. I bring over 15 years of experience in mental health and healthcare leadership, with deep expertise in clinical program development, quality improvement, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold both an MBA and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I am passionate about building culturally responsive, outcomes-driven systems that enhance member care and support high-performing teams. My leadership is grounded in cultural humility, systemic awareness, and a commitment to equity in healthcare. In addition to my clinical and operational work, I mentor emerging clinicians and serve as adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University. In my free time, I enjoy reading, exploring new places through travel, trail running, and spending quality time with friends.
