I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. I have experience across a range of community-based and clinical settings, and my work has primarily focused on supporting adults living with serious mental illness, including roles in schools, reentry services, shelters, clubhouse and drop-in programs, crisis respite, and outpatient therapy, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. I believe that effective care begins with respect, dignity, and collaboration. Because no single approach works for everyone, I tailor my work to each individual, drawing from therapeutic modalities such CBT and DBT to best meet clients’ needs.
