Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College, and before joining Amae, I worked as a recovery coach at a residential treatment center for women with eating disorders. That experience shaped my belief in the importance of compassionate, person-centered care. My approach to mental health is grounded in caring, thoughtful, and open conversations. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating space for real connection—because I truly believe that connection is at the heart of healing. Outside of work, I love listening to music and spending quality time with my loved ones. These moments recharge me and remind me of the simple joys that support our well-being.
