Hi, I’m Courtney, MSW. I hold a BSW in Family Studies and Social Work from Miami University and an MSW from Florida State University. I specialize in trauma-informed care and mental health counseling, and I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate complex care needs. Professionally, I have extensive experience working in both hospital and community settings. In my role, I act as a dedicated problem solver and tour guide through every step of the referral journey for providers and patients. I provide a comprehensive range of services, including discharge planning, clinic tours, insurance verification, and coordination of patient visits in hospital and clinic settings. My primary motivation is connecting individuals and families with the right care to support their health, stability, and overall well-being. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family in nature and exploring new hiking trails in the Bay Area. Our golden retriever is the social butterfly of our family.
