Breanna Fetters is a Los Angeles native with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating behavioral health, disability, and community care systems. Her work has focused on helping people access care, build stability, and remain connected to their communities during some of life's most challenging moments. Throughout her career, Breanna has been guided by a simple belief: while people may not remember every conversation or intervention, they always remember how they were treated. Whether supporting families through crisis, partnering with healthcare providers, or helping individuals navigate complex systems, she strives to create experiences grounded in dignity, compassion, and trust. Before joining Amae Health, Breanna served as Director of Adult Advocacy, partnering with hospitals, clinicians, public agencies, and community organizations to improve continuity of care for individuals with complex needs. Throughout her career, she has worked across healthcare, tech, education, and community settings, building trusted relationships and helping individuals and families navigate periods of uncertainty and transition with steadiness, support, and hope. Breanna began her career providing direct support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and later expanded her work into systems advocacy, cross-sector collaboration, and community partnership development. She also brings experience from the technology sector, where she developed expertise in strategic communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of La Verne and studied Psychology and Neuroscience at Birkbeck, University of London. Breanna is passionate about expanding access to compassionate mental healthcare, reducing stigma surrounding serious mental illness, and helping create a future where every individual is met with dignity, respect, and a genuine sense of belonging.
