• Appointment details: You’ll receive a reminder by email (and/or text) 48 hours before your appointment.
• Enrollment team support: If you have any questions before your intake, please reach out to our enrollment team — we’re here to help.
  
• Policies: Remember, a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee applies for commercial and cash pay members. This fee is only charged if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment.
